EMPOWERING THE COMMUNITY - CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF 4 SMALL/MEDIUM SELF-SUSTAINING BUSINESSES
African Access Holdings is dedicated in its commitment to empower communities.
During the 2012 text book distribution cycle, 4 Businesses were created which resulted in employment for 4 people extending to 20 folk whom benefited from the project.
Comprehensive Business plans including set up of compliance documentation and legal requirements (VAT registration, Tax certificates, Bank accounts and the like) were drawn up for each entity with guidance & training for the Individuals concerned.
Assistance was further render with respect to negotiation of rental vehicles, insurances and Goods in transit. The Individuals were tutored on how to manage the Business including control of its expenses.
The total venture of the 4 Businesses was in excess of R20 Million and the profit margin for each business resulted in an excess of R100,000 net (post expenses) over the 3 month period.
African Access's substantial team dedicated many hours of time and effort to support, teach, mentor and boost the success.
